📦 Processing Time

Each piece is made, prepared, and packaged with care.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
(High-demand seasons may extend this slightly, but we always do our best to ship quickly.)

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require an additional 1–2 days.

🚚 Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United States using:

  • USPS First Class

  • USPS Priority Mail (upgraded option)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

💫 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can follow your delivery’s journey at any time.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Opal & Vine is not responsible for undeliverable or incorrectly addressed packages once they have shipped.

💛 Lost or Delayed Packages

We will always support you, but please know:

Once USPS has accepted your package, any delays are outside of our control.
If your package becomes lost in transit, please reach out to USPS first.
Then contact us — we will do our best to help and make sure you’re taken care of.
