💗 Returns

We accept returns on unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery.

To begin a return, email us at support@opalvinejewelry.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please note:
Because our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches and made-to-order, all returned items must be:

  • unworn

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

💎 Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Custom jewelry

  • Personalized pieces

  • Sale items

✨ Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

🔧 Repairs or Issues

If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship issue, email us within 48 hours and we will repair or replace it.
