Returns
We accept returns on unworn items within 7 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please email us at support@opalvinejewelry.com with your order number and reason for the return.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn
In original condition
In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and the nature of certain designs, the following items are not eligible for return:
Earrings
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Personalized items
Sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.
Repairs & Order Issues
If your piece arrives damaged or you experience a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly repair or replace your item whenever possible.
